This 1953 Packard Clipper touring sedan is said to have remained with its original owner until 1994, and it underwent a refurbishment that was completed in 2002. The car is finished in purple with a white roof over gray cloth upholstery, and power comes from a 288ci straight-eight paired with a two-speed automatic transmission. Equipment includes power steering and drum brakes, body-color 15? steel wheels, an AM radio, and a heater.
This example was reportedly delivered new in Yosemite Blue Metallic and underwent a color change to purple metallic with a white roof during the 2000s refurbishment. Equipment includes chrome bumpers and trim, driving lamps, a hood ornament, a retractable antenna, three side-view mirrors, and a chrome down-turned exhaust tip.
