This Chevelle has the looks and features of other Chevelles we've sold that cost $30,000 more! It's an older restoration with some blemishes but will still turns heads everywhere it goes. And go it does, it's set up to be driven with all the upgraded chassis and driveline.
EXTERIOR: What a gorgeous shade of blue and with them big chrome hoops and the white interior this one's going to stand out! The paint is striking, straight and shiny. Now when you inspect it there are some paint blemishes, the metal flake is laid out evenly and the clear coat is polished to a very smooth gloss finish. No vinyl top, just a beautiful sea of blue paint. It looks like when they restored the car they replaced the bumpers, moldings bowtie mirrors, and emblems. It has the SS hood and blacked-out tail panel. The weatherstrips and seals were replaced along with all new smoked glass. Staggered size chrome Riddler wheels 18s in front 20s in back really b in the bling! They are all wrapped in Nitto performance tires.
INTERIOR: The white interior with the blue trim is very refreshing. The seats feel nice and firm and they have been reupholstered. The door panels and armrests have been replaced. The entire dash area was restored. It has a white dash pad, all the chrome bezels were replaced, the metal trim is painted blue, and it's updated with a complete set of Dakota Digital gauges that light up blue. A retro stereo has hands free capability and an aux port. The tunes are delivered through speakers and tweeters in the door panels and 6x9s in the rear shelf. The carpet is faded but there is a fresh set of SS mats over them. I like the center console with cup holders sitting right behind the B&M slapstick shifter. The headliner and visors are in good shape, the mirror looks new. It has a polished wood rim custom steering wheel. There's seatbelts front and back for taking the whole family for a fun time.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: It has everything you want: It's a 454 big block engine with Edelbrock aluminum intake and an HEI ignition. Features include air conditioning, power steering and power brakes upgraded with a dual reservoir master cylinder. An aluminum radiator with dual electric fans keeps it running cool. The engine day is painted gloss black including under the hood.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Under the trunk lid and the jamb are painted blue. It has reproduction stickers and weatherstrip. Inside is clean metal with a neatly applied gray spatter finish.
UNDERSIDE: Upfront the steering and suspension looks like it had been all rebuilt and upgraded with polyurethane bushings. In back it has tubular control arms, the springs and shocks were replaced. The dual exhaust has dumps that can be unbolted and Flowmaster mufflers. The fuel system was replaced including the tank. It has an upgraded brake system with disc at all four wheels, the lines and e-brake assembly were replaced. Looking up at the motor it is clean Chevy Orange, the starter was replaced. Upgraded with a 700R4 overdrive automatic transmission and in back is a 12 bolt posi with 3.73 gears.
